At first I was going to just type up an essay on Shetland oil spill, but while typing the essay at first I thought why just Shetland oil spill?? Oil spills are occurring all over the world and they must be known… It is not fair for people to do cruel things to animals just because they are not HUMAN are very important to are every day lives, but FYI all animals are important because they help in the circle of life. My essay is based on oil spills and will hopefully help your attitude on the very seriousness of it.
Okay Mrs. Vinsconti, Imagine yourself as a killer whale. You are swimming around when you decide to stick your head out of the water to take a breath. As you are taking a breath, you see a large stream of thick black oil heading your way. You go back under water only to find other animals dying one by one because the oil is damaging their bodies.
This is the way some animals must die in the ocean. They die because of an oil spill has destroyed their home!!......
