It is estimated that approximately 3 million incidents of domestic violence are reported each year in the United States." It is because I agree with Senator Feinstein, that domestic violence must be stopped, that I must affirm the resolution. A victim's deliberate use of deadly force is a just response to repeated domestic violence. My value for this round is that of Justice, defined as Retributive Justice. For justice to be served, the criminal must repay his debt to society by enduring a punishment proportional to the crime committed.
