Physical fitness is the ability of the human body to function with alertness, without fatigue, and with energy to engage in activities, and to meet physical needs. The fitness is usually measured by periodic tests measuring strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. Stress testing, which shows the body's accommodation to powerful, physical stimulants is used to analyze fitness, along with the signs of muscular strength and endurance.

• Coordination
• Flexibility
• Muscular strength and endurance
• Speed
