First off I am going to tell you what capital punishment is. Capital punishment means the death penalty. Capital punishment is banned in a lot of countries now a days because people think that it is morally wrong. There are many different types of capital punishment that have been used over the years that aren't around anymore.
In this speech I will explain to you the advantages of capital punishment and why it is needed in our society.
