From 700 B.C. to approximately 300 B.C., life for the Romans would transform dramatically. This time period is known as the Classical Age because many practices emerged that would form the foundation of western life. The Classical Age became the birth of tragedy and comedy, and the political community of Greek society began social development.
The Classical Age developed many rational minds. Thales, Democritus, Pythagorus, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle are a few of the Greek philosophers that had different rational ideas and thoughts about the world that they lived in. These philosophers questioned overlooked issues and had a special search for knowledge. Thales, who lived from 624 548 B.C. was the earliest known philosopher with a passion and love for wisdom. He is known as the father of science because he put his knowledge into practice by measuring pyramids. Others followed Thales in his search for knowledge......
