The organizers include the German Hotel and Restaurant Association DEHOGA Hamburg, the Hamburg Tourism Corporation, the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, the Tourism Hamburg Membership Corporation as well as the Hamburg Office of Economic Affairs and Employment (Pilgrim, 2007).
