As stated in the Declaration of Independence, all men have the unalienable right to the pursuit of happiness. That should mean that all men and women can live their lives the way they please as long as it is in a legal fashion. One of the rights we posses as individuals is to marry the person of our choice.

The issue of gay marriage has been very big recently. Dating within the same sex should not be prohibited since there is no law against it. Our Founding Fathers fought for our freedon, and it seems like it is being taken away from people who choose to live a homosexual life. The United States gained it's independence as a free country and people are allowed to date whom they please whether it be a person of the same sex or not.

People who choose to be a homosexual are no different than heterosexuals. They work, pay taxes and abide by the laws just as a U.S citizen should. They should no be denied the right to marriage by the court of law. A person's sexual orientation......
