Many scientist predict that global warming over the next century will only hear up the earth by approximately 3.5 degrees Fahrenheit. According to the past this slight warm up has increased crop reproduction and reduced air born disease. These same scientist also predict increased levels of CO2. This can be a blessing because carbon dioxide acts as a fertilizer to plants. This will help the forests grow healthier and more robust allowing them to be a habitat to more wildlife.
