The decision to return to college and study for a master’s degree in Human Resources was a very tough decision to make. I have been in the workplace for over 20 years, I have a bachelor’s degree, and my life is full with my wife, family, friends, and all the little things that make these matters difficult to achieve. I knew that studying for a master’s degree would take a hard work and many sacrifices. One of the large factors, of course, is finances. I had to consider all of those things in my life that are important before embarking on this journey of education achievement and the real reason why I chose to return to college.

The strongest reason why I am pursuing a master’s degree is to complete my goal of achieving a graduate degree and become only the second in my family to go further than an undergraduate education. I have seven siblings, only three have attended college and I am one of two with a college degree. I have a B.S. in Business Administration......
