Communication is critical because without it no group or organization would exist. It is crucial to a group development because there are many factors to group effectiveness and decision making within a group, the taking in of information and sharing of different ideas. The way we project ourselves verbal and non verbal and the way the message is perceived through the channel of communication could have a profound effective on a person or organization, through miscommunication or difference of behavior and cultural difference.
I think that communication is fundamental because it’s the sharing of information, and ideas and feelings of information with others, like I am doing at the very moment. I am speaking about communication and this is one of many ways we communicate. It’s based on good listening and feedback also a lot of concentration, how we relate the exchange of information not only with a group but in our daily lives at our job, at home......
