The toxic substances can have great damaging effects on ecosystems, human health, and urban environment. Canadian government has a couple policies to help preventing toxic wastes and toxic sites. Unfortunately, these policies are not good enough. Canadian government should adopt environmental policies from the United State to improve Canada’s environmental protection system.
