The definition of B2B and B2C marketing is different. Most people think marketing is marketing, but that is not necessarily the truth. Whether you are marketing to consumers or marketing to businesses the concept is truly different. When marketing to a consumer, that person is buying the product for themselves verses a person buying products that they are going to resell. When making a consumer purchase, emotions are involved with that product. Not so when purchasing for a business. B2B depends on the relationship you have with your customers. If a person makes a wrong decision on a product for B2B, it could cost those business customers.
