Procter and Gamble Philippine Inc, is the local subsidiary of Procter and Gamble Company, considered as one of the top ten taxpayers in the country for the year 1998, employing about 1700 Filipinos. Their brands have become household names and market leaders such as Tide, Pampers, Whisper, Safeguard, Ivory, Vicks, Pantene and many others.

P&G was established on January 30, 1987. P&G always tries to do the right thing and has the compelling desire to innovate and win in the marketplace for household and personal care category, building superior relationships with the target markets including customers, suppliers, the private and government sectors.

P&G has consistently maintained a healthy and stable financial position in spite of the 1997 financial crisis, it experiences bureaucracy and delays by too many nagging internal transactions with the different levels of management and several times pre-emptied by competition due to its higher costs......
