There are very few logical reasons in censoring radio and television for veiwers. I agree to not censor radio or television and let parents be responsible for their children. With the internet at the click of a mouse and Google kids can go and find whatever their little heart desires. The government has a role to play in protecting children from such content, but the government like a real parent cannot be everywhere at once.. The invention of the V-Chip has the responsibility in parental controls to those parents who want to keep their children out of such content on the television shows. Also with the parent controls on internet setting has given parents resources available to them in protecting their children, I don’t see the reason for the censorship of radio and television for the adults.
The government can only do so much in censoring but kids still can find ways to do what they want technology is advancing by the minute. Media is everywhere; Carlin's seven dirty......
