Illegal immigration into the United States is a problem that should be stopped, as it is unfair to both Americans and to the people of the country from which they illegally immigrated. When coming into America from New York the Statue of Liberty is seen in all her glory with the saying, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free...” written on her. But when do we say enough is enough? For decades America has had illegal immigrants come and take up residence and we pay for it. Illegal immigration causes problems for our country, because it raises different insurance costs for Americans, causes language barrier problems, and takes jobs away from our men and women here at home.
The U.S. has some of the most lenient laws governing immigration in the world, and as a result our government supports thousands more than it should have to.......
