Clause 1(A)

Amendment : Add You shall be entitled to perform as session musicians & or non featured artists for third parties. Provided they do not interfere with primary obligations and provided we are given courtesy credit for your appearance.

Explanatory reasoning : Record companies do not like artist to re- record or work with other artists when signed to this contract which I see as unfair, this is not giving the artist the opportunity to maximise their income and gain recognition from outside appearances adding this clause gives the opportunities to work outside this contract which will increase revenue.

Clause 1(B)

Amendment : change from 5 years to four (4) years following the end of the term.

Explanatory Reasoning: the 5 year term period is relatively long this is as is not justified.
