Intercultural Communication
Intercultural communication takes on several meanings. Mainly, intercultural communication examines how people of different cultural backgrounds attempt to communicate with one another as well as how to improve this line of communication. Intercultural communication affects today’s businesses more and more. In the workplace, this level of communication handles how people communicate, work together, build and maintain relationships, handle projects and much more. Whether dealing with customers, employees or vendors and suppliers, most companies interact with a very diverse group of people. Knowing how to communicate with this diverse group of people becomes a key to the company’s success.
