In the University of Phoenix Simulation; Managing Across the Organization, a newly positioned Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Good Sport; a fitness equipment manufacturing company, is faced with power distribution of the company’s Executive, Middle, and Lower management level’s in the organization.
