My survival guide that I have set up to serve as a resource tool to me through out my academic program will help to better my chances of success. I plan to follow these functional tools to improve my chances to achieve my long term goal of graduating with a degree in my program.

The first tool that can ensure my survival is by setting and achieving goals. By setting goals, I will be giving myself a milestone to reach for so that I can see progress. Achieving those goals can give a sense of confidence knowing that a goal can be reached through dedication. I plan to start off with simple, short term goals first, then gradually continue to add goals till I reach a long term goal that is related to the short term goals that I have set. For example; I had a short term goal of passing my first class, reaching this goal can be used as motivation and a stepping block to achieve more goals that I have set to succeed at my long term goal which is to graduate with a degree from Axia.......
