1. Introduction

System thinking is about a problem or a way of structuring a debate about a problem. They are a language by which reality may be described the world as a set of systems. It therefore recognises the value of whole in contrast to parts. Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) merely argues that system thinking is a useful language in which to think about and describe what one perceives in reality. (Johnson Anna L , 1999) It was developed by Peter Checkland from systems theory at Lancaster University in UK, and then it was introduced commercially. The purpose of SSM, unlike other types of systems thinking, is not to provide a repeatable account of reality or an optimal solution because the methodology takes as its core paradigm the notion of Weltanschauung or world view which influences both how a problem situation is perceived and what types of solutions may be viewed by participants in the problem situation as feasible or desirable.
