Dear Diary,
Sometimes it’s really hard being an African American in these days. I had an incident at work today that greatly upset me, and just simply made me realize how African Americans are still treated today, how they are still looked upon, and the hardships they face. I really need to vent, and what better way to do so then to write to you.
People treat African Americans like some kind of plague or disease that invaded their land when no one was looking. It’s not fair, we lived perfectly happy lives in our own country, build our own houses, make and hunt our own food, and have normal lives in our country like people do. Then one day the white men invade our land attack us, steal from us and take over our land, making us slaves. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they sold our children to other families to be whores, slaves, and nanny’s, brought us a number of diseases, and then shipped a bunch of us across the globe to America.
They didn’t even ship us......
