Huffman Trucking

Huffman Trucking is a national transportation company. The trucking company has made its way to over 1,400 employees. As of now, the company is looking to make improvements that will increase efficiency and capabilities. This will be done by upgrading the current communication systems. The company has four locations, New Jersey, California, Missouri, and Ohio. All four locations have a plant and an office.
Current Systems
The New Jersey location both plant and office use a regular POTS PBX. They also do not have caller ID or voicemail currently installed. The office of New Jersey currently uses a 28.8 Modem with AOL. Also in the office there are no routers, switches, or hubs. As for an operating system in the office, they are using Windows 3.x and 9x Environment.
