Met haar als partner:

Hypotheekrente (art 3.111 wet IB 2001) -12.000,00 (12 *1000)
Op te voeren in box I -9.450,00

Zonder haar als partner:

Huuropbrengsten (6*1000*75%) (art 3.113 wet IB 2001) 4.500,00
Eigenwoningforfait (0,85% * 300.000,--) 2.550,00
Hypotheekrente (12 * 1000,--) (art 3.113 wet IB 2001)......
