HIV/AIDS is one of the deadliest diseases in the world today. Many people are dying each day, and more and more people are contracting AIDS every minute. This disease is not only infects by adults, but also children. AIDS is a serious problem in the society because the spreading of AIDS has increased. There are three effects of AIDS on the patients, their family, and society.
AIDS was first reported in the United States in 1981 and it has become a major worldwide epidemic. AIDS has already been shown to be the result of an infection disease which caused by a virus are known as HIV human immune deficiency virus. According to National Institutes of Health the virus spreads exclusively by infected body fluids blood, semen, and mother’s milk. HIV is spread most often through unprotected sex with an infected partner. The virus can enter the body through vagina, penis or mouth during sex.
