The Criminal Justice system ensures justice to people of the state by enforcing laws and maintaining order. There are three main phases of the criminal justice system including the police, the courts, and the correctional system. Besides the main three phases, the Criminal justice system itself is not just one big system in the United States but rather a combination of various individual levels that actually, sometimes, become problems for each other.
In a Webster dictionary, a system is normally defined as a smoothly operating set of rules, arrangements, and regulations in accordance with the achievement of certain goals. On the other hand, the Criminal Justice system consists of a wide variety of conflicting agencies and is therefore known as a "non-system" rather than a system. Common examples include the conflicts between police and prosecutors. Police usually complain about the costly......
