Super Size Me is a documentary about a man's experiment to see just how harmful fast food can be in an extreme situation. One of the things egging him on was how McDonalds was sued by two teenagers for causing them health problems, he aimed to see if the claim that McDonalds made about being able to subsist solely on their food was in fact true. He had a few rules to follow: he could only ingest items served at McDonalds, he had to eat at least three times a day, must super size if asked, and had to try every item on the menu at least once. Over the course of the movie he sees a lot of medical professionals, all of which are stupefied by the tremendous crash in his body's health, simply by eating only McDonalds. Included are many side adventures such as the diets of a few schools (many are provided by the same people in charge of prison food), and a look at how much longer it takes for McDonalds food to decompose than regular food, especially the fries.
