Immigration is a very serious issue that is currently facing the United States of America. People are currently crossing our borders without any documentation. These illegal aliens then become a drain on society, benefiting from our government programs without contributing to the tax base. Another dilemma is that we are all immigrants, so how can we refuse other immigrants. There are many differing views on how immigration should be handled. The one thing that nearly everyone agrees on is that this issue must be addressed. I will address a few of the options currently being circulated, along with my own personal plan for immigration reform.
