Life does not really begin until you get married. It begins after you have said your vows, that is when you promise loyalty to your wife or husband. Meaning that you are committed to him or her until death do you part. However, when loyalty is not in play anymore, betrayal comes in and may just destroy your whole life. Betrayal to me is to be unfaithful and to escape from your commitment when you are most needed. Someone into whom you put your trust into to take care of you and your family, to give you energy when you need it, to be there when nobody else can is usually your father. Of course you expect your own father to do these things for you and even more but it does not always happen. When a husband betrays a wife, he betrays the whole family.
