My name is Michael Thomas Miller born on feb.3 1976. Like most little boys I would fantasize about joining the army or doing something really excited like that. Both of my grandfathers were in the army along with one of my grandmothers. My grandfather on my mother’s side James H. Little M.D. Was a tank operator. My grandfather on my mother’s side Noel S. Miller sr. was in the Air Corps. While on active duty he met my grandmother Martha Miller who was in the signal corps. All of their stories interested me and also made me proud to know them. I always wanted to be like them.
By the time I had finished high school. I had changed my mind about joining the army. So I became a carpenter. I met a girl (Tracy Madol) who I fell in love with. So I married her on June 5 1999. After a while we started to have problems, financially and emotionally. After all this with dead end job after dead end job. I decided to join the army. I figured if I......
