Turnover is a symptom and not a disease. With in the organizations the signs of a turnover send a signal that something is wrong. To keep the crown employees, ACAC needs to keep their eyes open for organizational snags that will push their employees to other organizations. The company must be sensitive to its employee's dreams, hopes, desires, and needs, which is a sales force that allows the employees to achieve his or her own goal. This research will find many concrete methods to improve ACAC's retention rate, and reduce the high cost of replacing the sales professionals who are the company's lifeblood. High employee turnover can cripple sales productivity. Unfortunately, turnover is on the rise for this software company. Anytime someone leaves a position a turnover is the results, rather it's through a transfer to another department due to promotion or through termination both voluntary and involuntary. Qualified achievers are promoted to higher position in healthier companies......
