State v. Ringquist, 433 N.W.2d 207 (N.D. 1988)
This case is about the issuance of a state search warrant to search the premises of Ringquist for illegal drug sales. The case is in the state court system, meaning that the “law” of the case must be one which a state court has jurisdiction to hear.
