Origin of America’s Courts
Since the Roman Times into the 21st century, courts have played a major role in ruling and governing our countries, state, and cities. When our nations started to grow crime started to rise also. So that is when our Founding Father’s came up the up the Constitution of 1787. Within this Constitution they decided to create branches that would distribute certain powers to the state and federal levels of law. In my paper I will address each court on a local, sate, and federal level.





State Courts
Jurisdiction is not a factor when it comes to limited or special courts. In each state there are limited or special jurisdiction courts. In state courts they do not have the power to over turn federal jurisdiction. In state courts they usually deal with policing powers.
Courts with Limited Jurisdiction
Courts with limited or special jurisdiction handle minor cases. These types of courts do not have any juries involved nor a high ranking......
