It is a fact that not everyone has an opportunity to go on a vacation. The people that do get a chance to go on vacation have to decide where they want to go. The two major places vacationed at is the beach and the city. There are many differences between these places, such as landscapes, the pace of life, and activities. There are also similarities between these vacation spots as well, such as booking places to stay and doing research on each vacation spot.
The first major difference between vacationing on the beach or in a city is the kind of activities you are able to do. On the beach, for example, you can go sailing, fishing, surfing, skiing, or take advantage of the sun and lie in the sand to get tan, or even in some cases feed sharks and swim with dolphins. On the other hand, in a city you can visit different sites such as museums, theaters, important buildings, downtown, or shop in upscale stores.
