Mental:

You should take part in physical activities to relive stress. So from a hard day at work to a nice swim or a work-out at the gym can help you to wind down and relive tension. Another reason for the participation in physical activities is to have something to focus on and achieve so for example loosing 1 stone in weight or to win a football tournament . This is good because someone who is bored in life or has no goals can achieve something and feel better about themselves. Another reason is the aesthetic appreciation, this is because it looks good and is a feel good factor when watched

Social:

There are many great reasons to do physical activity for social reasons. One is to make new friends......
