Additionally, some of the ethical concerns, which the industry needs to obtain, will be listed down.

In the forth chapter, some examples of career opportunities within the arts events industry will be examined. And the report will get to an end, after portraying some of the opportunities the future has to offer for arts events organisations; and also listing down some of the challenges, the industry is facing now and might face in the future.
