The business ‘Jam and Wine’ will be one that produces Caribbean Jam and Caribbean Wine. These products will be made strictly by fruits that are native to the Caribbean, Central and in some cases South America. The jams and the wines will be both made by the same fruits which are:
• Sapodilla
• Guava
• Five Finger
• Passion Fruit
• Barbadine

These are the fruits that will be used initially. They are known for their great taste and are found throughout the Caribbean. The business will initially supply the Caribbean islands.

The central focus will be making partnerships with Caribbean hotels, with a view to influencing the hotels to produce mainly local food dishes in the future. As a result, the hotels will be able to market the local food product as an additional experience in staying at the hotels.
