My current eating habits are not very good. This includes Lean Pockets, ice cream, Pepsi on ice, Cereal, milk, BBQ chicken, fast food. When submitting my food to get the results for my personal recommended food pyramid, I was shock to see the comparison. It’s a huge eye opener when you have it all laid out in an easy format. And it’s great to see what options you do have so it can be easy to plan any healthy meal for an easy to follow menu. Based on my nutritional recommendations from my customized food pyramid, I should intake more than half of almost all of the recommendations.
This includes: Grains, 10oz. Vegetables, 4 cups. Fruit, 2.5 cups. Milk, 3 cups. Meat and Beans, 7oz. My servings before were calculated: Grains, 8.7oz. Vegetables, 0.4 cups. Fruit, 0 cups. Milk, 1.2 cups. Meat and beans, 0.8oz. As you can see it was not the healthy way into having any sort of healthy life. In this I have based a logical menu plan that will benefit......
