I am very unhappy! I wish I could tell Roxane that I love her, I must tell her, but I can’t it would ruin our friendship. Uh! I must go for a walk to think about what I am supposed to do with my life. Thank god, I am just about to turn the corner. Who is that calling me? Ouch!!!! Oh my goodness I am late to see Roxane. “Raganeau what are you doing here?” Raganeau said, “You are not going anywhere! You are unconscious because someone dropped a heavy piece of firewood fell on top of your head!” Don’t worry I will be fine I must go see Roxane and confess my love for her!

Roxane:

To this day I still mourn for my lover, Christian. If only he hadn’t died then I could still receive the amazing letters her wrote to me! Oh when is my dear friend Cyrano going to visit me, I have his seat all ready for him. I can’t believe I am in this nunnery, I am not even that old, if only Christian was alive. Oh it is almost time for Cyrano to arrive, I better go sit down......
