Ok, so exams are coming up. My mind is totally not in the right mind frame and whats worse is that this is my last year in school. I have been offered a scholarship to study at AUT but i am quite worried i won't get the merit and excellence grades i should be getting so i decided to ask around for advice and tips and here are just a few:

1st. Eat well
you need to have and maintain sufficient levels of energy. You musnt be too energetic as where there is a high, there will be a low so:
- make healthy choices e.g. Instead of fish &chips try smoked or cooked fish with wedges
- avoid foods high in sugar and salts. Especially when choosing snacks. E.g. No chips, fatty foods, fizzy drinks, etc.
- drink plenty of water
- don't binge!
It is way better to have many small meals then to have really big feeds.

2nd. Prioritise
Now with exams just around the corner it is vital that students spend their time wisely. But, don't forget to have some quiet time just for yourself.
