I. Getting Started
A. When you have made major changes to a curriculum and you wish to use it to update other user’s curricula, you will have to extract your curriculum. This will probably be done by a central office such as the Assessment Office or the Office of Instructional Technology. They will keep a master file.
1. If you extract the entire curriculum it can be a very large file which can then be saved to CD-ROM and used in the Update ¬Curriculum option of Classroom Manager.
2. To create a smaller extraction file open up Classroom Manager and create a search for a period of time that includes the changes you have made.
a) Click o
b) \]n Search then on New Search
c) Select the Advanced tab
d) Under created/modified select since from the drop down list
e) From the next drop down list select specific date
f) Select a date that precedes your changes to the curriculum
g) Then click search
h) When the search is complete click on file and save search
