The finance and investment industry has constantly put pressure on their firms to produce. They are not only competing for sales and notoriety but they are also competing for the trust of their customers. In recent years, the finance and investment industry has been riddled with catastrophic events such as the September 11th attacks, accounting fraud cases and insider trading.
