There is only one true way to concentrate under ADD. In order to do so, you must completely accept that your intention is getting the work done/studying and not entertaining yourself with music, internet browsing, television, or any other stimulating form of entertainment. You must also relax and accept the information without becoming too frustrated. Simply challenge yourself to read as much of the information as possible and to actually pay attention to what is being said rather than reading for the sake of reading. All information can be slightly stimulating, resulting in continuous concentration, if it at least understood. Instead of rereading the same passages that do not stick over and over again, sometimes it is best to simply move on to the next passage, consequently giving the brain a relief and fresh outlook. If this is all done correctly, eventually you will enter a natural concentrated state where concentration feels nothing but comfortable and all other distractions are......
