While Mark Woods in his article, Federal Wilderness Preservation in the United States: The preservation of Wilderness?, argues that the preservation of the United States’ forests as mandated by the federal government in the Federal Wilderness act of 1964, is regulated and defined by a set of paradoxes, I believe that his statements are incorrect, and that it is possible to both preserve and use these wilderness areas for commercial use without creating a paradox.
