Rudeness is the main topic of this book. It is a big book of complaints about how rude everyone nowadays are. The author, Lynne Truss, aims towards the young, the rich, the stupid, and basically everyone she is annoyed by.
The book has one introduction, six chapters and one conclusion. The six chapters are the six good reasons why you should stay at home and bolt the door.

The first good reason is called “Was that so hard to say?” and is mainly about how self-absorbed we are, and that we lack the ability to say “thank you”.

The second good reason is called “Why am I the one doing this?”. This is about bad service and costumer treatment.
