One should completely dispose the first amendment when comparing the upper and lower classes. The first amendment basically states that everyman is equal, regardless of financial state. However, this amendment is bent constantly throughout present day as there is an obvious difference between upper class and lower class. The stereotypical upper class member of society is simply brought up with more luxuries and resources than that of a lower class gender. The generic upper class child is born into a wealthy, happy, normal, and indifferent environment, where taking risks is kept at a minimal and they are provided with virtually anything they want.
