Primary Thinking Style
According to my LSI Circumplex, I fall more towards the Constructive Style which is a mixture of People Orientation and Satisfaction Needs. According to the Human Synergistics’ the constructive style reflects self-enhancing thinking and behavior that contribute to one’s level of satisfaction, ability to develop healthy relationships and work effectively with people, and proficiency at accomplishing tasks. Per the LSI PowerPoint presentation, constructive styles account for synergy and explain why certain individuals, groups, and organizations are particularly effective in performance, growth, and work quality. Overall, the styles in this category seem to best fit my lifestyle at this point in my life, including achievement, humanistic – encouraging, self-actualizing and affiliative.
