Global warming - the gradual increase in planet-wide temperatures -- seems to be accepted by many scientists and people now as fact. Generally, this warming is attributed to the Increase of greenhouse gases in the Earth's upper atmosphere. The strategies and the effectiveness for dealing with global warming effects the world on three different levels, the most obvious is the international level, then national and local level. Global warming affects everybody and should the levels continue we could see significant sea level rises.
