My dreams are big, but not out of reach. I plan to utilize the classes offered through the Indiana University Southeast Business School to obtain an MBA. This program will give me the groundwork to fulfill my goal of opening an all girls middle school focused primarily on math and science. Opening this school has been a dream of mine for a long time and I am so excited to get one step closer. Taking courses in marketing, accounting, organizational behavior, financial management, and human resource management will enhance my knowledge as well as my credentials when I am ready to start this process. I will be able to understand the finances on a large scale, hire teachers and administrators who have the same passion, and manifest my vision into a reality for so many girls.
Going to an all women’s college gave me a different educational atmosphere than my coeducational high school environment. In my math and science courses in high school, the males were given higher expectations......
