My life began on August 22, 1982. I was born to an exquisite mother named Betty Jones. She called me her beautiful daughter and named me Tamieka Jones, A son, Corey, was born 2 years later on December 08, 1984. I started elementary school when I was about six years old. The first day of school was thrilling to me because I met new friends. As I continued my education I attended Pearl C. Anderson Middle School to develop a sense of learning which I carried with me to Lincoln High School.
As I attended Lincoln High I grew to love playing soccer. I participated in the sport from my freshman year throughout my senior year. I graduated in the top 20 percent of my class. Thinking that I was ready for the world I decided to go to Stephen F. Austin, in Nacogdoches, Texas. Soon I found myself falling short of my educational goals.
