This is for all ya’ll women out there who drive big ‘ol trucks and have ever been stereotyped by the other sex and maybe sometimes by the same sex. I can understand how frustrating it can be to be an independent woman in these times. As an independent country woman myself I can relate to the discrimination us women receive on a daily basis. From the comments to the looks we get from the bias men and yes even sometimes by the turning heads of women when we drive by in our rumbling trucks. Sure we have come a long way from the oppressed women we were back in the old days. But still some of the ancient stereotypes have stuck around; the certain stereotypes of the femininity and masculinity (Aaron H. Devor). So as women I’m expected to be all feminine down to what I drive and what I should know to what I should be able to do physically.
